Geelong keeps building. The southern corridor through Armstrong Creek, Charlemont and Mount Duneed is still turning former farmland into streets, Lara and the northern suburbs keep growing, and infill projects keep appearing across the established parts of the city. Every one of those jobs starts with earthworks, and whatever happens at that stage carries through to each trade that follows.
The ground changes from one part of Geelong to the next. Reactive clay is common, basalt runs under a lot of the western suburbs, and clay sites get heavy and slow to work after rain. We plan the machinery, the compaction and the program around what is actually in the ground, working to your engineer's specification with laser-guided grading so the finished levels land where the drawings say.
Spoil cartage and legal disposal are part of our scope, so there is no separate truck contractor to chase, and larger volumes can be handled through our excess soil removal service. Andrew is on site for the work, so the person you talk to about your levels is the person setting them.
