Fixed Quote

Itemised, written and locked in. Drainage, spoil cartage and machinery are accounted for so there are no surprises at the end.

Step 04

Programmed Start

Confirmed start and finish dates that we hold to. We coordinate with your builder, engineer or following trades so the ground is ready when they are.

Step 05

On Site

Machine and operator on the ground, working to your engineer's specs. Daily check-ins with whoever is coordinating the build.

Step 06

Handover

Final levels checked, site cleaned, ready for the next stage. Our workmanship is covered for 12 months, and we are a phone call away.

Yes. We work regularly with landscape designers, architects and local councils on public-space and commercial projects. We can build to supplied drawings and specifications, or advise on what works practically for the site if you are still in the design phase.

Most seating installations take two to five working days from site set-up through to finish, depending on the number of pieces, the groundworks involved and cure time for any coloured or specialised finishes. Larger tiered or integrated landscape seating projects run longer. We confirm a programmed start and finish date as part of the quote.
