We work to the tolerances specified in your structural and architectural drawings. Tilt panels require consistent thickness and flat surface geometry so they fit up correctly when lifted. Standard finishes include steel trowel and broom finishes. Any specialist surface finish requirements should be noted in your documentation so we can confirm suitability before we quote.

Yes. Tilt panel concrete work sits on the critical path of most commercial builds. We confirm a programmed start and finish date as part of the quote and communicate directly with your project manager or site superintendent throughout the job. If the program shifts, let us know as early as possible so we can adjust accordingly.
